This premium package provides you, “the Seller” with escalated high profile advertising positions and has proved to generate far superior viewing numbers and responses by the public as well as high sales volumes. We guarantee this for at least two weeks in any monthly cycle during the mandate period. Extensive professional advertising, photos, drone footage and perhaps matterport 360 virtual tours will be provided on our main portals if deemed beneficial.

Our agents qualify their buyers before making an appointment to show your property, to avoid any inconvenience. Monarch has access to credit systems such as TPN as well as our bond originator partner, Ooba, who assist in vetting the potential purchasers with regards to bond finance therefore reducing the time required for bond approval.
